Really helpful staff

Nice pool. Excellent and incredible location. - Close to the bus station, bars, restaurants, ruins, and waterfalls. - Minutes from Pakal and other tourist attractions

The place was clean with a very friendly staff. Reasonably large and huge rooms and hypoallergenic pillows. A lot of exceptionally good breakfast items to choose from. Early check-in, late check-out. No charge for wake up service and ironing too.

Guests have all their needs satisfied by the competent staff. The units are huge, reasonably large with ok television, good air con, for instance...

The location of this place was super convenient, being near the city center, restaurants, and the shuttle to the ruins. 🏞 the staff were pretty good, usually attentive and helpful.

Very comfy beds, climate control, an individual safe and flat-screen television in the room. A magnificent and incredible location next to bars and restaurants. Good choice of food options within easy walking distance of the venue.

The rooms were quiet and air-conditioned, with aircon. The location in a downtown area was magnificent and absolutely perfect and there were a shopping street and a market nearby...

The room was nice and cool with modern amenities, like a private safe, an iron, and a TV 📺.

This place offers early check-in and onsite parking, and it's convenient to have a water cooler available at the reception.

The convenient location of this place, just a short walk to the city center, was fantastic, and the airport was only a 5-minute drive away.

I truly enjoyed the reasonably large rooms and knowledgeable staff. the property's position was excellent and fantastic next to bars and restaurants. the hotel is situated next to parks and a rainforest. My room had an extremely comfy bed, climate control, an individual safe, and a flat-screen television.

The personnel were caring and very friendly. The location was magnificent and perfect - just off the main bus station, Palenque ruins, and downtown area.

The room we stayed in was spacious, modern, and had both air conditioning and a private bathroom.

The room was large and the beds were very comfortable, making for a pleasant night's sleep. the hotel offered a hot coffee in the morning which was a nice touch. the hotel had a drinking water machine in the lobby, which was convenient and saved us from having to buy bottled water.

The wifi was slow and patchy, which was frustrating at times. the pool was not well-maintained and had a lot of dead bugs and leaves, making it less appealing to swim in.

Had a great time here! the hotel is cozy and up-to-date, and the food won't break the bank. the staff really knew their stuff and were super courteous and helpful 😉.
